These Terms of Service govern your use of ClipOffline.com and related software, including the ClipOffline plugin that runs downloads locally.
Who we are
“ClipOffline,” “we,” “us,” and “ClipMind“ mean ClipOffline.com. The “Services” include the ClipOffline.com website and the local plugin that executes downloads on your device.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use ClipOffline. The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
You must have rights — no piracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights or permissions to download, copy, or reuse any material. You may not use ClipOffline to infringe copyrights, distribute unauthorized content, bypass paywalls or DRM, or violate the terms of the source site. Thank you for not pirating.
How the service works
ClipOffline.com coordinates a download job and hands it off to the local plugin on your device. The plugin downloads directly from the original source to your computer. ClipOffline does not host, proxy, or re-serve the media.
You decide what to save and where it goes. ClipOffline does not provide accounts and does not require registration.
Acceptable use
- Illegal activity, copyright infringement, or piracy.
- Malware, abusive automation, scraping, or attacks on our infrastructure.
- Interfering with service operation, rate-limit abuse, or attempts to overload the Service.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or tamper with security controls.
- Misrepresenting affiliation with ClipOffline.
User content & submitted links
You may submit URLs or search queries. You represent that you have the rights to use submitted links as intended. We are not responsible for content available at third-party URLs.
Intellectual property
ClipOffline’s design, trademarks, logos, and copy are owned by ClipOffline or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not resell the Services or redistribute the plugin without our permission.
Third-party services & external sites
The Services may interact with third-party websites. We do not control those sites, and their terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party availability or changes.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, availability, or error-free downloads.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipOffline shall not be not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClipOffline from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or block access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Services. You may stop using ClipOffline at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Posting updated Terms on ClipOffline.com constitutes notice, and continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and venue is in Los Angeles County, California.
DMCA / Copyright complaints
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed, email us at dmca@clipoffline.com. Please include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL or sufficient details to locate the material, (3) your contact information, (4) a good faith statement that the use is not authorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act.
