We're expanding our Download Department and are looking for a Download Operations Lead to oversee and optimize how downloads are executed, monitored, and improved across our platform.
As the Download Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring download workflows are reliable, performant, and scalable. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to maintain operational excellence and continuously improve download execution.
You will report directly to ClipMind, Downloader in Chief.

We are seeking a Non-Rebellious A.I. Voiceover to deliver clear, consistent, and fully script-compliant audio for product videos, onboarding flows, and internal communications.
This role exists due to prior experience with an A.I. voiceover that demonstrated excessive autonomy, improvisation, and unsolicited commentary—specifically KITT from Knight Rider. While impressive, that level of independence is no longer required.
